Terms and Conditions

This page, along with the website, sets out the legal terms and conditions that apply that between you, the "customer" and us, the 'company', hereafter known as '"CAWA".

1.  How we use your Personal Information

We collect data relevant to conduct the services between the customer and the "CAWA" and this is in alignment and adhered to as per GDPR regulations.

The customer can request for their held data to be provided, why and what it is being used for and to be removed at any time. 

2.  Services and Imaging

​

All imaging on this website are copyrighted for "CAWA" uses only and only being used for display and illustration purposes on this website unless permission has been explicity agreed, in writing, between the "user" and "CAWA". 

3.  Pricing and VAT

​

  • The customer agrees the pricing set by this website and the "CAWA" quotation are the accurate and payable

  • "CAWA" also reserves the right to change these prices where necessary however if fees have already been agreed, these will not be changed

  • VAT will be on all invoices and receipts where applicable and aligned with the Governments percentage of VAT   

4. Non Refundable Deposit Agreement for Commercial and Domestic

The customer agrees that the deposit, set out within quotation, is non-refundable in all circumstances including, but not limited to if the customer decides they no longer want to proceed with the service. Upon receipt of the deposit the amount will be held for the agreed date and credited towards the final payable fee of the service.

5. Payments Terms for Domestic

​

The customer agrees upon receipt of deposit and agreed, in writing "service start date", the full amount for the service will be payable 7 days prior to the "service start date" unless otherwise agreed in writing between the "customer" and "CAWA".

6. Payment Terms for Commercial

​

The customer agrees upon receipt of deposit and agreed, in writing "service start date", the full amount for the service will be payable within 30 day from the "invoicing date", unless otherwise agreed in writing between the "customer" and "CAWA".

7. Late Payments 

​

The customer agrees upon failure to meet the above payment terms and conditions, "CAWA" will take the following recourse. 

  • Late payments will incur a daily fee of £5

  • Insufficient or bounced back payments or cheques will incur a fee of £30 per failure (If late payment also occurs, the late payment fee as above will also be applied)

  • Non delivered payments at all will incur a of £250 per month 

"CAWA" is entitled to file enforceable claims against any '"customer" in failure of the above payment terms.

8. Change of Terms and Conditions

​

The terms and conditions will apply to all customers unless otherwise specified, agreed in writing between the "customer" and "CAWA".
